Yes, Syrve is fully certified and compliant with all Portuguese regulations.

Do you offer technical support? In which languages?

Yes, we offer technical support via messaging apps (WhatsApp, Telegram) in all major languages using online translation tools. We have an unlimited support plan for straightforward issues and an hourly rate for more complex consultations. In the event of equipment or software malfunction, technical support is provided free of charge. We are available to respond from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM Portugal time, and in emergency situations, we are also available during the night.
